Our bread and butter is rooflines, trees, and the details that finish a home off. We bring professional-grade bulbs, custom-fitted clips, and the ladders and lifts to do it right. If you can imagine it, we can probably light it.

Our story
St Nicks started in 2019 with a simple idea: make it easy — and affordable — for Utah families to have professional holiday lights. No pressure sales, no endless upsells, no pricing designed to confuse you.
We charge based on what you actually want lit — linear feet of roofline, number and size of trees, bushes, pillars, and wreaths. And once you're a customer, we lock in your price: it won't go up on you year over year. We'd rather be the team you call every December than a one-and-done.
If you've never had pro lights installed, you're going to be surprised how much better they look than store-bought strands — and how much less of your December you'll spend on a ladder.
How pricing works
Every home is different, so pricing is based on what you actually want lit. Most quotes come down to two numbers: linear feet of roofline, and the size/quantity of trees and other features. You don't need to measure anything — we handle it during the free quote. And once we give you a price, it won't go up on you the following year.

Earlier the better — our install calendar typically fills up by early November, and by Thanksgiving we're usually putting the final touches on the season. If you're reading this before Halloween, you're in great shape.
We provide professional-grade lights, clips, and timers as part of the install. That's what lets us guarantee the look and offer free maintenance.
We price based on what you want lit — primarily linear feet of roofline and the size/number of trees. We come out for a free quote and give you an exact number, no pressure.
If anything goes out, gets knocked down by wind, or stops working during the season, we come back and fix it at no charge. That's not an upsell — it's the standard.
After takedown in January, we store your strands and clips in our warehouse through the year. Come next season, we put the same lights back up — tested and ready.
No. We use plastic clips designed for shingles and gutters. No nails, no staples, no adhesives.
